REPACKING GUIDELINES
Enjoy the benefits of the true meaning of shopping online with ease and convenience.

There are some important guidelines that must be followed by our warehouse representative when repackaging your items in order to ensure they get shipped safely. The items inside any shipment will fall into one of three categories: Level One, Level Two or Level Three.

Level One - items that are not affected by compression or blunt force. With a level one shipment we can remove all bubble or Styrofoam packing from the box, reducing it to its smallest size. A level one item whose original box is sturdy but was placed in a bigger box can be removed from that larger box and shipped in the original box. Examples of these items are, but are not limited to, books, dvds in cases, clothing, hardware, supplement plastic bottles and tool kits.

Level Two - these items are not classified as fragile but will need to be protected from blunt force, compression or wear and tear. With these items, some packing materials inside the boxes may be removed but some must be kept in order to protect the shipment from damage. If no packing materials are in the box the size will be reduced but enough space must be left to absorb any blunt force or compression that it may undergo during shipping. Examples of level two items are, but are not limited to, car parts and accessories, ink cartridges, comforters and kitchen appliances.

Level Three - these items are classified as fragile and can be affected by both compression and blunt force; these probably will not be repackaged and will be sent as received. With these items, our Miami office can only remove them from a bigger box and send in the original box, if and only if that box is sturdy. Examples of such items are, but are not are not limited to, microwave ovens, car headlights, glass or breakable ornaments, shoes, purses, hats, printers, computers and fax machines.
