GENERAL INFORMATION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Request for PAY AS YOU GO is available for Monday to Friday . No same day requests for Saturday delivery.
- Service includes one delivery attempt and a grace of 5 minutes of waiting time. Additional charges will apply for additional delivery attempts and waiting time.
- Request for Premium 1 Hour service is available until 1pm Monday to Friday.
- Request for Same Day service is available until 12 noon. Request and payment confirmation must be completed by 12 noon. All return service will be completed on next day.
- Request for same day received after 12 noon will be completed next day by 3pm.
- Request for next day service is available until 5pm and will be delivered next day by 6pm.
- Package weight limit of 25lbs and maximum of 3 pieces.
